How do you place an order with My1Wifi? What’s the next step after choosing the device and plan? What do you mean by the Transfer rate seen on the device details? What is the difference between Carrier locked and Factory Unlocked? I am a new customer, I already signed up, what’s my next step?

Can I proceed with the checkout even without having or creating an account?

No. After you choose a device and plan, you will automatically be routed to the login/signup page and it’s either you login/signup in order for you to proceed.
